SOP Software Pricing Explained: What Nine Vendors Publish in 2026

Trainual, Process Street, Qualio and Dozuki publish plan names and features but no prices. Trainual asks buyers to book a demo, each of Process Street's three tiers says contact sales, Qualio asks buyers to request pricing and states that an implementation fee applies to all plans, and Dozuki shows no prices on its pricing page.

• Per user or per seat. Haiku Team is $10 per user per month with a 5-user minimum, billed monthly. Scribe Pro Team is $13 per seat per month billed yearly, or $17 monthly, with a 5-seat minimum. Tango Pro is $15 per user per month billed annually for 3 or more users, or $22 for 1 to 2 users. The cost grows in step with the team.
• Workspace price with included creators. Whale Scale is $249 per month billed yearly with 3 creators, plus $29 for each extra creator; Advance is $499 with 5 creators, plus $39 for each extra creator. Readers are not listed as a priced unit on the page we reviewed, so check who counts as a creator.
• Flat team price. SweetProcess charges $82.50 per month billed yearly for up to 10 members, plus $4.17 for each extra member, on a single plan.

At 10 seats the lowest published monthly cost is SweetProcess at $82.50, and the highest is Whale at $452.

The plans are not equivalent. They include different features and count seats differently, so compare what each plan includes before comparing the figures. The calculator runs the same sums for your own seat count and billing.

The entry price rarely includes everything a controlled SOP library needs. On the pages we reviewed, Haiku keeps 14 days of version history on Pro and Team and unlimited history on Enterprise, which is custom-priced. Tango keeps 14 days on Free and Pro and lists audit logs and 365-day history on Enterprise. Whale lists approval flows and 1-year history from Advance. Scribe lists SAML SSO and SCIM on Enterprise. SweetProcess, with one plan, includes its version history and manager approval at the published price. When you compare costs, compare the plan that has the features you need, not the entry plan.

• The price for your seat count, and who counts as a seat.
• Any platform fee, implementation fee or minimum contract term.
• Which plan includes approvals, audit logs and the version history length you need.
• What happens to version history and approval records if you move down a plan or leave.

Pricing transparency is one of our seven criteria, weighted 15%. It measures whether a buyer can model the cost before a sales call, including for the plan with the governance features; it does not reward a low price. The four contact-sales vendors score 1 to 2 on it, and the five with published prices score 8 to 9.
